Each booking is valid for a 1-hour massage. Multiple bookings can accommodate longer massages. You can then schedule your massage therapy sessions at a time and location that is convenient for you, whether it's at the gym or in the comfort of your own home. In home massage appointments must be booked using the In-Home option.
