A custom workout plan will help provide guidance in achieving your fitness goals. The plan is created by certified personal trainer Steve Bonini after an initial consultation about your goals and current health. Steve will work with you to create a personalized workout program that is tailored to you.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, a custom workout plan will help you achieve your desired results in the gym as long as you stick with it. Steve will take into account your fitness level and capabilities to create a program that challenges you and helps you strengthen and transform your body so you can do more of what you love.
During your consultation, Steve will ask you questions about your fitness history, any injuries or limitations you may have, and your fitness goals both short-term and long-term. He will then create a program that is tailored to your specific needs, taking into account any special considerations to ensure that you can exercise safely and effectively. This can be combined with a diet plan, or personal training sessions as you see fit.

In addition to your customized workout plan, you will also receive regular check-ins from Steve to provide you with remote accountability and support. These check-ins can help you stay on track and make adjustments to your program as needed.
Each booking is valid for a 1-hour timeslot for the initial consultation. You can then take the workout plan to your preferred gym, or workout from the comfort of your own home.
