This personal training session is led by certified personal trainer Steve Bonini, providing you and your workout partner with a customized workout program tailored to your unique needs and goals. During this 1-hour in-person intensive, Steve will work with both of you to focus on a body group of your choice. Not working out with a second person? Book an individual personal training session here.
Steve will determine your fitness levels, capabilities, and training preferences to create a plan that challenges both of you, helping you achieve your desired results as a couple, friends, or workout buddies. During your personal training session, Steve will guide you through proper form and technique, pushing you both to achieve your goals together.
By combining this training program with a healthy diet, you can fuel your workouts and optimize your results as a team.
Each session includes a 1-hour timeslot for a workout, with the option to continue self-guided exercise and cardio at the gym before or after the session. With this training package, you and your partner can achieve your fitness goals, becoming the best version of yourselves together.
